Set up for your event
A generic event has been set up for you already. This has an override on it and can be used at all times with no extra work required.
If you wish to utilise the gamified return system or have a event-specific override URL, we will need to set up a new event. Please see below.
Event set up
In order to get accurate metrics for each event, we need to have these events individually set up in the system.
The event will be established within 48 hours of receiving the info.
Cups will reactive at the event end date/time. You may wish to add a small buffer to this so that it runs slightly beyond the event itself to ensure that cups are not reactivted when attendees are potentially still present.
Reward set up
We encourage you to consider gamification as a means of increasing the return rate, in order to run the most economical and carbon-efficient reuse system.
However, this is not a requirement. Many events managers will choose alternative methods of managing the returns. Some choose a hybrid - $3 out, gamified returns.
You can leave this form blank if you prefer not to use the gamification.
One reward type may be applied at each event currently.
If you wish to use the gamified system, please complete the form with the information requested. You will need to provide an .jpg or .png image, in square aspect ratio. Ideally, this image will be 600 x 600px.
